LOCATED IN THE MOST DESIRABLE SECTION OF THE ASPENS: THE 'BERRYPATCH'
Relax in the peaceful setting of this beautiful Condo, located in the exclusive Aspens Community. This Condo is a preferred end unit with a wonderful view across Snake River Ranch to the south end of the Tetons. Enjoy a fully stocked unit, High speed internet access, patio and barbeque. Listen to Fish Creek as it meanders through the meadow behind your terrace. Take in moonlit mountain views on summer eves and watch the occasional moose wander by in the wintertime.

PLEASE NOTE: Any rates posted for dates more than a year in advance are INCORRECT. This website uses "filler" rates which we can't control, and our only other option is to remove the listing entirely for dates more than a year in advance. Please simply INQUIRE (click "ask the owner a question" link, below my picture on the right) for dates more than a year in advance.
Just ten minutes from the town of Jackson, and five minutes from the Jackson Hole ski area, this location is ideal. The south entrance to Grand Teton and adjoining Yellowstone National Parks is just five miles away. Endless mountain and river adventures await, or try your skills at Teton Pines Golf Resort, located on-site, designed by Arnold Palmer.
The resort features an athletic club with pool, available for a temporary membership fee, a market, and two excellent restaurants.
* IMPORTANT* We are actually flexible on details of the cancellation policy. This website requires that we choose a pre-determined policy so the automatic template can be displayed. For this reason, we ask that you INQUIRE first, (you can do this by clicking on the “ask owner a question” link below my name) but not request to book until we have spoken by phone to customize the details (cancellation policy) to your personal preferences. We respond to inquiries almost immediately. Usually within the hour.
Regarding the cancellation policy: We will refund 100% of your money up to 30 days before arrival. If you have to cancel within 30 days of arrival, let us know as soon as possible, and we will re-post the time frame as available for rent. Any portion of that time frame that does re-rent will be refunded to you. If the time frame you have cancelled does not rent by the date your reservation was to begin, then our policy is to revert to the posted cancellation policy which is 50% refund between 30 days of arrival and 14 days of arrival.
Because of your options noted above, we do require a personal conversation by phone with all renters, in order to answer any questions you may have and go over details about the condo and the area, before confirming any reservation request. Our guests find this very helpful in planning their visit to Jackson Hole and the National Parks. As soon as you send an inquiry, I will respond with my phone contact info, as VRBO does not allow owners to post their phone numbers on their listings until responding to an inquiry. Where to begin! It was very clean, corner condo, full kitchen, large bathroom, and a TON of information booklets in the kitchen, livingroom, and a complete packet mailed to me ahead of time to help with our vacation travels! I bought groceries, got to cook meals, pack lunches for picnics for our hikes, and soaked in the tub after a long day of nature. Nature! Sit outside in the mornings with coffee and listen to Elk do that eeeekkk squeaky toy call right across the creek. Laugh at magpies who laugh at you! Watch all the small birds zipping around the grasses and bushes, and use the binoculars to lookie-loo at everything. There is even a chart of animals and birds to see! In the evenings while the sun is going down, you'll meet Sneaky Pete the Fox, and his girlie Petunia. You will never hear them coming. Total ninja skills! As the sun is lower, you will hear snorting. Yep. That's Marvin the Moose. He stomps around by the creek, doing moose things. My husband spent a lot of time in the window bed/resting nook. It's a window, with a sittting/laying area. Open the windows and you get the sounds of the creek and the cold breeze. You hear all the night-time soothing noises. It's like camping, without being outside. Because my husband has a bad back, he slept there. He was in heaven. I used the bed, good space but too bouncy for me. Memory foam is better for me.

Property was everything it was advertised to be, and more! Comfy bed, clean furnishings, all the amenities you need including spices, pots/pans, glassware, dishes, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, laundry detergent and so much more! Host was exceptional to work with and gave specific directions to house and recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The views from the back porch were stunning as well. Would highly recommend this property! You won't be disappointed.
