REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you are interested in deep discounts for spa or excursions or other resort-based activities, that is available if you are willing to attend a 90-minute “sales presentation” but totally option/not required. But I must submit your name after a reservation confirmation for you to access this optional benefit.
PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.

This two-bedroom suite was amazing! It was much bigger than I expected with a HUGE outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. The master bathroom was enormous with plenty of room for both my husband and I to get ready at the same time. It was just a quick 5 or so minute ride to downtown Cabo San Lucas, or alternately, we could take a water taxi for a fun and beautiful ride right to the harbor for only 5US. We stayed a week, but wished we could have stayed for a month.

This property had everything we hoped and more! A beautiful clean beach as well as warm pools/slide. Our kitchen was updated and came with a welcome package of goodies/drinks. The unit had 3 full bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms-much bigger than we are used to on vacation. We walked along the beach most ever night to dinner in town. Would definitely book again!

Although Villa Del Palmar is the older of the 3 sister resorts, amenities and location are still very good. Room did not have a good view unfortunately, but we did not spend much time in it. Beach is great. Location is good.
