Hot-spots such as light switches, remote controls, door handles & even cloth closet hangers receive extra attention. Anti viral & bacteria approved products are used for pre-arrival and throughout your vacation.**

Both villas are single level living spanning over 9,500 SQFT of indoor living space. Total indoor/outdoor space is over 18,000 SQFT!!

Casa Contessa has built-in stone stairs that lead down from the pool deck to the street. Guests are literally 30 steps away from each villa!! For large groups who need the space for everybody to enjoy, yet have the separation for "quiet-time", the combination of Casa Stephens & Casa Contessa is Your Luxury Destination Solution. Our Members-Only Ocean Front Beach Club provides a fantastic meeting venue where you and your group can enjoy pool side towel service, top-shelf bar service and made to order fresh fish, burgers, poultry, salads & fries. Kids menu is also available for those chicken-finger eaters.

Additionally, Dish Satellite networks are installed on both properties as well as Sonos sound systems. Hi-speed WiFi and USA connected Vontage phone lines are incorporated for free calls to the USA & Canada. Both villas provide custom toiletries, 700 thread count linens with all bedding protected with Anit-Microbial containment systems. No bed-bugs!!

Maid & Concierge Service:
Maid & Concierge services are included. Pre-arrival grocery shopping is provided at no additional cost allowing you and your guests to arrive with food and cold beverages. We include the "Welcome to our Villas" Margaritas, Chips, fresh Guacamole & Salsa "Welcome Package". Let your concierge "Baruch" make all reservations including rental car, golf carts, dining, activities or anything special that you require.

Both villas include VitaMix professional blenders & 32" to 70" LCD Sharp flatscreen TV's & Blu-Ray DVD players. Apple TV is also installed in each Villa.
