This unit accommodates up to 6 guests with a Primary Bedroom having a King bed, the Guest Bedroom offering two twin beds which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable Sofa Bed in the living room! This fully air-conditioned unit also offers two full Baths, which have been remodeled with granite counters and tiled flooring! The kitchen is also fully stocked for your use and features exquisite Koa Wood Cabinetry.
The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property is a non-smoking property.
When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Price for the size of my family (5). Cathay said, there were 3 major issues that arose during our stay that were irritating and really cast a negative light for this place but due to the responsive, courteous nature of the CB team, 2 issues were resolved within 24 hours, which I appreciated. 1) the AC, which was super loud, was not functioning for the first 24 hours due to a water drainage block, which the maintenance gentleman missed the when we alerted the CB team initially. He had to come back a second time the next afternoon to figure it out but it was a sweltering night. 2) The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and we ended up requiring spectrum to come out and switch the modem boxes. This is also inconvenient since we like to watch movies in the evening. 3) The master bedroom had the worst bed and sheets that I have ever slept on - there was no support and the sheets were old and piled and felt like sleeping on old towels that were air dried. The management team really ought to get new bed linens. On the plus side, it was very clean and relatively spacious. I chose it for having a washer and dryer (loud), very functional well equipped kitchen, amazing views, and the absolute to sleep 5 (the fifth person slept in the pill out sofa bed in the living room space and this sofa bed was more comfy than the master suite bed). There are beach chairs, snorkels, beach towels to use and we left three boogie boards there for the enjoyment of future guests.
