Clean, accessible, safe area but most of all very welcoming staff. There was also a large comfortable lounge.

The manager was very friendly.
Not close to a boutique hotel, 3 star B&B. Bathroom floor not cleaned, coffee and water not replenished, hairdryer had no power as it was so small, kettle old with rust, no DSTV, bathroom soap in old and used bottleā€¦.
