Ambiente agradable, la fogata la encienden a las 8 pm, el personal es muy servicial, el lugar es muy completo en general. Tienen varias opciones para alimentos y bebidas (El guarapo es muy rico), hay Karaoke en la noche. Hay cargador para carros eléctricos. Tiene un cable aéreo sencillo, piscina y cuatrimotos por un precio adicional. Está en la vía al teleférico del Parque del Chicamocha.
El desayuno podría ser más completo. Creo que por el precio que pagué, mínimo debería tener acceso a la piscina y WiFi, (hay uso del billar, ping pong, balones que se prestan y acceso a canchas por 1 hora), además de baño propio y no compartido. No hay WiFi en el área de Glamping, solo hay en otras habitaciones y la clave no se comparte, solo es para quienes están alojados en ese lugar del parador. No es muy claro por Booking a que se tienen acceso con la tarifa que se paga. No te dejan entrar comida. El transporte es complejo, si no vas en carro, tienes que esperar que el bus pase y si no, debes caminar unos 20 minutos (Esta caminata es agradable). En general, creo que por ese precio podrían haber otras opciones más completas.
