It doesn’t have AC. They should at least put a fan in there.

Key code was sent the day of arrival, so make sure you have wifi access to get the communication. It worked fine, no issues. There's limited free street parking, but a large paid parking lot as well as paid street parking by the Shell gas station (free after 1800 and on Sunday). Apartment has a washing machine and drying horse which we highly valued being a month into travel. Small fridge, kettle (no coffee maker), microwave and one hotpad burner. Wifi worked great.
Currently the stadium across the street is under heavy construction, but we were there on a weekend, so I don't know how noisy it might be. Town has pretty good bike paths, and my 5 year old navigated biking to the city center with little stress on my part. Location is too far to bike to pottery shops, but I needed a car for everything I bought!
