Welcome to our beautiful attached home in the heart of the romantic surf town of Cardiff By The Sea. Our home is a spacious, one bedroom, one bath, newly remodeled bit of paradise. Maximum occupancy (3), vehicle parking (1). It is decorated with a tasteful mix of old Mexico and Aloha spirit.
There are Saltillo tiles through out, a roomy and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and all the amenities. From your ocean view bedroom you can open double French doors and step out onto the tiled patio with adjoining lawn and breathe in the ocean air. You can enjoy your meals and sip wine in the ocean view sun room or on the deck overlooking the lush, colorful garden. Our lower garden includes an expansive lawn and a meditative koi pond. There is also a flat screen TV, stereo system, and overhead remote fans in every room and a gas BBQ on the deck.
Sunsets are incredible all year round and can be enjoyed wherever you are on the property. But better yet — why not walk to the beach and watch the sunset there? It will only take a few minutes to walk the two blocks to the beach where, besides sunsets, you can enjoy sunbathing, surfing, swimming, boogie boarding and scenic beach walks. There you can see dolphins, pelicans, various sea birds and even migrating whales — when in season. We also supply a beach parking pass so you can go to any beaches in San Diego. Our home overlooks some of the best surfing spots in California —Swami’s, Pipes and Cardiff Reef; all which are in walking distance.
The charming Cardiff by the Sea Downtown Village is only three blocks away. There you can visit the many restaurants, an upscale wine bar, Seaside gourmet market, boutiques, Iron Cross Surf Shop, the iconic Sunny Skys Bikinis and VG’S Doughnuts. One mike down the beach you can experience beachfront dining at the many varied restaurants.

10 minutes – famous Del Mar Race Track, the village of Del Mar, the Belly Up Tavern, Legoland, the Flower Fields and strolling the San Elijo Lagoon Trails
