ABOUT THE RENTAL
Perched at the top of Andover Club at The Highlands of Harbor Springs, this privately owned seven-bedroom, seven-bath luxury home is designed for adventure, comfort, and connection.
During the winter season, step right out your back door onto the Lois Lane ski run for true ski-in/ski-out convenience. In warmer months, the expansive backyard and patio invite you to relax and entertain with a private hot tub, built-in natural gas grill, custom firepit, and ample outdoor seating—perfect for evenings under the stars.
Inside, the main level features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and comfortable seating for the whole group. It’s ideal for gathering, watching football, playing games, or simply enjoying each other’s company. The main floor also includes a guest suite with a walk-in tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath across the hall. A brand-new addition off the kitchen adds even more space, including a kid-favorite bunk room with attached bath and a private workout room leading to the laundry area and spacious primary suite overlooking Lois Lane.
Head downstairs to the lower level, where a second living area offers the perfect hangout spot for kids or teens. Three additional bedrooms complete this level—two with ensuite baths and one with a full bath just across the hall.
Surrounded by beautifully manicured landscaping and designed for all-season enjoyment, this stunning slope-side retreat offers privacy, style, and unforgettable experiences for families and groups alike. Please note: All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended to access the property during the winter season.

This HOMR is just lovely and really feels like you are in someone's home and not a rental. There are multiple spaces for groups to gather and talk, both inside and outside. We were there in mid-September and enjoyed beautiful weather, so were outside most of the time. Everyone had pleasant sleeping and bathroom areas. The kitchen was certainly well equipped. It was quite private. It was a beautiful house and setting for a beautiful gathering.

House was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Location is wonderfully tucked into the mountains. Communications from host were great. Responsive and helpful. Hot tub was perfect for post round of golf. Outdoor space ideal for entertaining. Def be back!!

This house is Beautiful. Our experience was very good. Details were accurate and having 7 washrooms really benefitted the big group. No one had to wait in lines for washrooms. Kitchen was clean and so wonderful. Patio/Deck/Grill Bar/Fire pit were very good for all of our group to sit around and enjoy the evening. Responses were very quick and accommodating from the owners. They made check in And checkout process very easy and comfortable.
