Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in KC's vibrant Plaza district! Whether here for work or play, enjoy comfort and convenience. Relax in the stylish living area with ample seating. The open floor plan connects living, dining, and kitchen—perfect for socializing and relaxation!

Location: My condo is located in west plaza which is just off the Country Club Plaza, KC's High end shopping district.

Only minutes to the 39th street shopping district and Wesport
5 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market, Whole Foods and Walmart grocery stores.
2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and private bath. If you are planning on doing some work while you are here there is a small desk where you can set up shop. Don't hesitate to open the window and listen to the flowing water fountain outside.
While staying in the condo you are welcome to catch up on laundry with the washer and dryer or surf the internet.
You can spend your mornings watching the sunrise while you enjoy your breakfast on the front balcony. Don't hesitate to open up those beautiful French doors and let the fresh air fill the house.
While you are here feel free to use the fully functional kitchen complete with granite counter tops, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven and coffee maker.
Uber and Lyft are readily available
Public transit: there is a bus stop right across the street. The party trolly goes to all the main nightlife spots in Kansas City on Friday and Saturday and it stops on the plaza about 3 blocks away.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.

This condo is decorated really cute and is only just over a mile from The Plaza. There are plenty of food and shopping choices nearby.There were a few housekeeping suggestions I made to the owner, just to bring it up to a 5 quality that he will hopefully address. None of it was a deal breaker and, if I need a place in the area again, this will definitely be one I consider.

There's was a lot to do in the area. The neighborhood was very friendly with beautiful older architecture.

There were 5 of us and our dog staying at the condo. The space worked well for us and the location is great. The property manager was very communicative. The only down side was the internet was a bit slow and the when we walls were thin

While this rental does have character and overall was clean, we will never rent it again. This only the second poor review I have given in 15+ years as a VRBO traveler. I'm usually careful about selecting rentals. This one turned out not to be the 5 Star that it claimed to be.
The mgr gave us the wrong access code for the back door. There was used dental floss on the nightstand (not hidden, but right in the middle of the table). A window sill had a lighter laying on it. The smoke detector in the bedroom is hanging down by wires. The air vent in the kitchen ceiling had black around it (not sure if it was mold) and a dryer sheet tied to it. Each bdrm has a jar of earplugs (& there is a reason for that). Every step taken by upstairs guests can be heard, as well as all other noises from them. Mostly, we were disappointed that when we messaged the mgr upon check in, it took more than 17 hours for him to respond. So, while some of these matters could have been resolved easily, his very slow response was an issue. Best wishes in the future.
