About this house rental
Located in FALMOUTH, this immaculate 3 bedroom and newly added 2nd full bath house with outdoor Cedar shower is a 5 minute walk to Main Street, 20 minute walk to either Surf Drive Beach or short drive to Falmouth Heights Beach and a 5 minute bike ride to the Shinning bike bath. It is also only a 10 minute drive to the famous Old Silver Beach. A new 2nd FULL bath was added in 2024 along with a new washer and dryer in the basement. The home was entirely renovated in the fall of 2016 with all new ceramic tile and refinished hardwood floors. A newly renovated bathroom and entirely new kitchen with new cabinets, ceramic floor, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a beautiful granite breakfast bar. The kitchen is bright and cheery with a large window seat overlooking the backyard and large deck that comfortably seats 6 people. The all Cedar outdoor shower is a must try. Enjoy cooking out with our newly installed fire pit or gas grill for your backyard barbecue. Walk to Falmouth Village to enjoy wonderful shops, restaurants and entertainment. Hop on your bikes and enjoy the beautiful ride along the beach on the Shining Sea bike path to quaint Woods Hole and home to the famous Falmouth Road Race. Lock up your bikes and take a stroll in the downtown area of Woods Hole with fabulous restaurants, pubs and great shopping or jump on one of the ferries and spend the day at Martha’s Vineyard.

Linens are provided at an additional fee of one hundred and seventy five dollars for a family of 4 which includes a standard package. Additional guests will be charged for extra linens. We do not offer monthly rentals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Falmouth. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed. Instructions for check in and check out were timely, detailed, and exactly as described. We really appreciated Pattie and Joe's near immediate responsiveness to our questions, which made ironing out the final details as seamless as could be. Would most definitely book again!

Hello - Overall The property worked out well for our needs. We did not spend much time in the house as we were participating in a competition and only spent 3 1/2 days in Falmouth. The home was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Communications with the owner was good and prompt. The one downside that is worth a mention is that we had to pay extra for bedding and towels. I have never encounter this before so I was a little shocked so I suggest that one reads the complete home description carefully - unlike me. I was short on time and needed a rental so I paid the extra fee. Because of this I can't give a five star. Other than that the home is lovely.

The house was in a centralized location, was clean and the owner was quick to respond. However, the grill didn’t work well, the washer machine in the basement was not very good, there was no dryer and the dish washer didn't work.
