Nestled in the mountain town of Julian, CA, Apple Lane Orchard is a working orchard and cider processing company producing the best apple cider around!
Blooming with fruit trees and flowers, our grounds are also home to The Orchard House, a luxurious 2600-square-foot 3 bedroom, 2-bath rental property that sits atop the orchard itself with an expansive view that includes Volcan Mountain in the distance. The house is ideally suited for family vacations, getaway retreats, corporate and private events, as well as weddings. Come enjoy the views from our wraparound deck or amble down the hill to nearby Jess Martin park for skateboarding, soccer, a game of catch, or a picnic.
In addition to the house, the orchard includes our delightful Amish-style pergola with custom seating available that can accommodate any kind of festive gathering of up to 100 people.

Small group of women used the weekend to plan a Women's retreat for our church. QI would have preferred only one or 2 emails before we arrived. You sent multiple emails and it was difficult to find the right info as I arrived for gate and doors

Loved the home and how secluded it was!!! Our only issue was the mattresses. Ours was very uncomfortable and so was our friends. Plus they are tall people, so their feet hung off the bed.

We loved our stay! With five adults, the house gave us all plenty of space, with roomy, comfortable bedrooms that made us feel right at home. Nestled in an orchard, the property offered beautiful views and a peaceful setting—perfect for morning coffee on the porch or evening chats.
Tracy was really good communicating all the details from check-in through checkout. We appreciated and followed her recommendations for local dining, shopping and hiking which were perfect for all of us.
The kitchen was well-stocked and ready for meals, and we enjoyed gathering around the cozy dining areas. The family room was just the spot to unwind together after a day of exploring. It was wonderfully quiet, yet just a quick drive to Julian, a charming mountain town with great shops, friendly people, and amazing apple pie.
Overall, this place is a gem. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Such a nice accommodating place! We relaxed out on the porch and had lunches. We played games at the large round living room table and meals at the large dining room table. Beds were very comfortable with large soft comforters. We cooked all our meals in a well supplied kitchen. We put together 3 puzzles provided. Thank you Apple Orchard House!
