About this house rental

Harmonious and simple fusion design inspired by Japanese themes, relaxed pavilion living and the iconic Aussie beach-shack. Very comfortable and private accommodation.
Open-plan living areas are fully screened. Multi-louvred walls and ceiling fans encourage sea breezes throughout every room.
Relaxing al-fresco meals around the eight seater oak dining table. Multiple decks and landings for entertaining, or privacy and seclusion. Laze or read by the sparkling blue pool on a spacious deck.
Perfectly positioned: approximately two and a half minutes walk, entirely through pristine bushland reserve to the beach. Only native shrubbery and low dunes between you and where your own beach opens up with glorious breath-taking views to Fraser Island in the north, and Rainbow Beach and Double Island Point to the south.
Two of the three bedrooms are situated near the front of the house and all three queen size beds boast a comfortable, top-quality Sealy Posturepedic mattress. The bunk room at the rear of the property features a queen size bed and double over single bunk.
The master bedroom boasts an ensuite and the property features two toilets and showers.
The large lock-up garage has two remote-electric doors for your pampered vehicle or 5.5 m boat and is well lit for outdoor activities, undercover.
All the modern conveniences including:
- 470 litre Samsung fridge
- 5-burner/wok gas-electric Technika stove
- Bosch dishwasher
- Large Fisher and Paykel front loader washing machine and dryer in laundry prep room off the kitchen
- Casual kitchen seating at stone bench top
- Ceiling fans
- Shoji-screened office nook with free Telstra-NBN Wi-Fi @ 45 Mbps

Sleeps eight in three x queen size beds and one x double/single combination bunk bed.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

A lovely family-friendly property nestled in the coastal forest of Rainbow beach. It had everything we needed for a 6 day beach holiday. We liked that it felt secluded when sitting on the deck. The large dinning room table was great for family meals and card/board games. The gas BBQ was a winner. Larger kitchen bins would of been nice to avoid multiple trips to the wheelie bins. Overall a very enjoyable stay for a family of 6. We will definitely be back.

Awesome property and location, clean tidy and great layout for several couples. Would be a good idea to have a coffee machine and at least cooking oil, salt and pepper.
