About this villa rental
Villa Quercia is an exclusive holiday home for 10 people in Piemonte, Italy. The 265 m2 stonehouse is located in the middle of the vineyards in Calosso just outside Canelli. The villa is new build in 2018 and has stunning views on all sides. The house offers a private 5x14m. infinity pool, unique rustic architecture and Piemontese atmosphere. Maximum 10 people in the house. 5 double rooms, 3 bathrooms
Enjoy the several terraces of the house with the Piemontese hills and the snow-covered Alps in the background. The villa is surrounded by a 13000 m2 wineyard as well as wineyards as far as the eye reaches.
The villa is completely new build in 2018, but uses the old stones from the ruin, which was originally a 300 years old vicarage. This gives the house the traditional rustic piemontese style.

Beautiful property with amazing views. Spacious, clean and well stocked. Definitely need a car in the area. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Recommend taking pictures when you leave. We had an issue with a damage claim but that is on us for not taking photos of how we left the place.

Absolutely wonderful place. A modern home built with the stones of the ruin that once stood there. Comfortable bedrooms, great open kitchen, dining and sitting rooms for spending time together, lots of beautiful outdoor space, and incredible 360° views of the langhe hills and the alps. We spent two weeks there and our guests just couldn't get over the beauty of the house and the area. We really enjoyed cooking together and sitting around the massive oak table, and then moving to the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit.
Booking was smooth and the property manager was very responsive to all our requests. We would not hesitate to return.
