Very clean place in the middle of Banff so very convenient but still quiet. Loved the living room loft area. Games, blankets, tv. Very cozy for evening family time. So nice to have a bathroom with each room. Had a doe visit us a few times too! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, clean and well-decorated, the upstairs living room is roomy and comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, condiments, pots/pans, etc., basically everything you need to cook a proper meal. Location is fantastic, we came for the Canada Day parade, the staging area was right outside. Smooth check-in, easy communication, responsive reply. Thank you Bob and Susan, we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Banff!

Bob and Susan were wonderful hosts. The place is adorable and perfect for walking to dinner, shopping, etc. We loved the hot tub and the washer/dryer that we put to good use! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

First off GREAT location to town. A short walk, and far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the downtown busyness. And with a parking spot included, that's a great benefit. There was a smell of smoke for us when we entered, that was a little off-puting. We were on a month long adventure, so the rooms were too small to accommodate our suitcases. Communication with the owners was very responsive. We had some concerns that the owners were very quick to respond to and were very accommodating.
