About this apartment rental
We are happy to share our condo when we are on the road visiting our family. We fell in love with the location and with the light filtering in through the large, high windows.
The condo building only has 12 units; it is located on 4 acres of open lawn with large conifers. We are located on the second floor. Looking out of any of the windows one sees sky and trees. Enjoy the views from either of the two decks; the scenery is tranquil and comforting. Located only 200 feet from the front door is the 6 mile Stowe recreational/bike path, where you can easily bike or walk into town to enjoy the beauty of this quintessential Vermont village. Fall foliage is spectacular in Stowe! Step out the front door and walk the recreation path or hop in the car and drive up the the Mountain Rd (Rt 108) to traverse Smugglers Notch, as it winds its way on a narrow, unique road.
Best of all, for the skier aficionados, we are only 5 miles from The Stowe Mountain Resort where you can ski or board the classic and historic Mt. Mansfield or the gentler, sunnier Spruce Peak. Or cross country ski at Trapp's Family Lodge or Stowe Mt. cross country ski area, both located within 3 miles from our condo. You can drive or walk to the nearby 'Swimming Hole' Health Club if you want to swim in a heated pool or use their fully equipped exercise room. In the summer you are welcome to use our outdoor pool and the gas grill located poolside. Restaurant options abound, and you can walk 200 yards to Sushi Yoshi, American Flatbread or Stowe Cider if you don't want to get into your car! The Stowe Cinema is just one mile down the road. It’s all about location, location, location!
Both bathrooms have radiant floor heating. One bathroom has an extra deep bathtub with safety bars, great for post-skiing soaking, and the other has a glass enclosed shower, also with a safety bar. The kitchen has nice appliances, red birch cabinets and marble countertops. The bedrooms have Berber carpets with hardwood floors in the rest of the condo. There is a Smart TV in the living room. There are two mini-split AC/heater units.
Stowe is the “Ski Capital of the East”, the Stowe Bike Path is a magnet for recreational bikers and walkers, and the village is picture perfect. If you want any advice or suggestions, we would be glad to share with you our favorite restaurants, special haunts and little known foliage tours.

Home was clean and in great shape. It was conveniently located just a short distance from downtown, and also walking distance to several great restaurant options. No complaints at all, just a great visit. Highly recommend

My family and I spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at Nancy’s cozy, comfortable condo near great restaurants, shops, and skiing. Thoughtful touches, such as home baked cookies, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and even heated mattresses pads made for a very enjoyable stay.

Working with Nancy was amazing. We had a slight issue getting into the condo. Her wonderful neighbor helped us out and we got in within a few minutes. The home is cozy, VERY clean and in the best location. Bed are comfortable, plenty of coffee, easy parking, and you can walk to a cider place....what more can you ask for. The location is next to the walking trail and a quick drive to the slopes or downtown. Would love to stay again! Working with Nancy was fantastic, she was so quick to reply with any questions I had. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The condo is very clean, comfortable, sunny, and felt like home. The location is perfect, short drive to Stowe Resort and close to all the restaurants. Definitely recommend.
