About this villa rental
If you like dealing with really cool owners, and not going through an impersonal agency, if you like friendly service and very reasonable rates, you have come to the right place. Just imagine, waking early to scoot across to the beach for an early morning walk, or perhaps you prefer to sleep late, the choice is all yours, you're on vacation. But waking up in the Master Suite at Island Thyme is a real treat. We have blackout curtains if you want to sleep in, we also have a Keurig and mini frig for total convenience. We have bragging rights as the only Master Bedroom in SeaScape with a Mini split air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, it's amazing!The covered balcony off the master is the perfect place to enjoy a hot coffee in the morning or a nice glass of wine in the evening, the beautiful water feature in the lagoon is the perfect background for either. Now, If you enjoy cooking, or want to save money by eating at home, you are in luck, with our fully stocked kitchen and propane grill on the deck; I love to cook and have made sure that you have everything you need to cook that special meal at home.
It has been said Hilton Head has the widest beaches along the east coast. Our villa is close to the front of the complex, so making the trip to the beach is no big deal, and, we have a cart with beach toys galore for your enjoyment, we even have a few beach towels and beach toys. Flat Screen smart TV's in the family room, and every bedroom, video game console, open floor plan, full size washer and dryer. Beach accessories, books, magazines, and Island information provided as well as 2 saltwater pools on site. Seascape is located on a beautiful 55mile bike path and Hilton Head's best golf courses are only a short distance from the villa. Shopping and Dining in the Coligney plaza is a short walk. This villa is Gorgeous! Begin years of memories at this spacious villa with so much to offer.
There is also a Private Pavilion and walkway to the beach for our guests. We will provide you with the information to access the clean and convenient restroom and dressing area.

This property was perfect for our family. There were 5 of us- 2 parents and 3 adult children. I loved having a master bedroom suite on the top floor. We had a lot of privacy. The bed was so comfortable. Our adult children had plenty of space in the other two rooms. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit especially after having the airline lose our gate checked luggage and not having any clothes for a couple of days. The owners texted us on the first day to let us know that the property was clean and ready to go and we could go in early that day. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the extra hours because the same airline that lost our baggage canceled our earlier flight and we had to rebook a later flight. We enjoyed the walking distance to the beach. It was a quick 5-6 min walk. The host has beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a beach wagon to carry it all. There is also a bathroom near the beach that you have access to so you don’t have walk back to the townhome. There is also a bbq and we used it quite a bit. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dinnerware. It was so nice to have a clean and spacious place to stay after we had such a disastrous time trying to get there. It helped us decompress. Thank you!PS - the airline has the initials AA.

It is very clean and comfortable and well stocked. It is very easy to get to the beach from the condo and we enjoyed our stay a lot! We would definitely come back!

The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice touch to have many extras eg baby cot, beach toys, salt, oil etc. Host was easy to contact and responded promptly. Great position for the beach and Coligny plaza. 2 accessible pools nearby which the boys loved. The Marriott nearby had music and happy hour 4 to 6 each day, nice stop on way back from beach. Throughly enjoyed our stay Thank you
