Treat yourself, your family and friends to a grand Key West home ideal for an extended stay on the island. This wonderful home, which has recently been completely renovated, boasts 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, a new modern kitchen, a living room, a dining room, an office nook, a 270 degree wrap around porch, a pool deck and a heated dipping pool/large hot tub. The house and yard are quite spacious by Key West standards. The decor, while maintaining the character of a grand old Florida Keys home, features first rate appointments such as: quartz counter tops, new plumbing fixtures, modern kitchen appliances, flat screen TVs in the living room and in all 4 bedrooms, wireless Internet, air conditioning, heat, washer, dryer, comfortable furniture and lush landscaping.The location is ideal. Situated in the peaceful Meadows neighborhood on the edge of Old Town, the house is close enough to Duval Street to access the party, but far enough to ensure quiet rest.
Picture yourself sipping a drink with your friends in the shade or sunshine on the spacious porch and pool deck, enjoying the heated dipping pool/hot tub or relaxing on the porch swing all evening after dinner. And outdoor entertaining is made easier with a half bath that opens directly onto the deck!
The house has the rare ability to sleep quite a few people. Perfect for a family or a group of couples, the house has four (4) bedrooms, one on the first floor and three on the second floor. And special considerations have been taken to help assure you can get the recuperating rest you'll need, such as new windows, solid core doors and full insulation.
The First Floor Master Suite features a king sized bed, two spacious closets, a flat screen TV, a private restroom with a shower. This suite also has a door leading directly to the pool deck.
The Second Floor Master Suite features a king sized bed, two closets, a flat screen TV and private restroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3 features a king sized bed, two closets, a small desk nook, a flat screen TV and shares a restroom with a shower/bath with Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4, the smallest bedroom, features a full sized bed, a closet, a flat screen TV and shares a restroom with a shower/bath with Bedroom 3.
All linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms and restrooms.
Olivia Place is available to rent on a monthly basis only. Availability is very limited, so we suggest you inquire about your dates and book well in advance of your stay.

My wife and I knew we loved Key West, but now we love it more. We work remotely and decided to stay here for an extended period and 'try' living and working in our favorite place. We stayed out too late on Duval St. on work nights a few times too many.
The home was beautiful, perfectly located, had had the perfect double working desk with internet for remote workers.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it was obviously too large for the two of us. So we had adults and infant friends and family join us for separate long weekends. The dipping pool is the perfect size for cooling off with adult drinks. There were pool toys with floats for the infants.l
There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out around the house and wrap around porch for outdoor living. The house had everything you need plenty of pool towels, plenty of extra linens, EVERYTHING you want in a kitchen, tvs in every bedroom, pool and landscaping maintenance each week.
The owners were responsive by text, phone, and email anytime. Minor issues like the alarm system (I couldn't figure it out fast enough) and batteries in the back door lock...owners responded and/or sent maintenance immediately.
Keep an eye out for Iggy, I named him, a harmless 3ft iguana that lives in the palms around the house.
We will be back, hopefully soon.

We very much enjoyed our time at this home. It was so convenient to activities. The house is adorable! We would definitely stay there again.

The property was beautiful. The location was close to everything! We were able to bike downtown, but we were far enough away from the noise of Duval Street. The pool was a life saver in the July heat!

We stayed in this beautiful home for all of August 2017. The house itself is just gorgeous! Wonderfully appointed and well maintained. The owners were great to deal with to boot! Our family of four chose to park the car in the off-street parking spot and bike everywhere we wanted to go.... it was perfect. You really dont need a car in Ket West other than for day trips or to make larger grocery runs. Wed highly recommend this home to friends and family.
