Waterfront 4 bed, 2 full and 2 half bath with dock. Beautifully appointed: stunning views: bathed in sunlight. In the heart of wine country, beaches, and fine dining. Lovely gardens, cooks kitchen, waterside screened in porch. Amazing secluded retreat for all seasons. Central hvac, fireplace, wood burning stove, firewood provided, 4 queen beds, cable tv and wifi, washer/ dryer, cotton and down bedding on all. 2 comfortable couches for extra guests.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house was comfortable,clean and the view was wonderful. We enjoy cooking so a well stocked kitchen is important. Wish we were still there. We will be back soon.. Thank you

We just spent a week at Sandi's house and it was exactly as she had advertised. The house comfortably slept our group of 7 and it was neat and clean when we arrived. The screened in porch is a gem with a great view of Peconic Bay. Sandi's gardens are also beautiful and well maintained. The bonus for me was the private dock as I brought a small boat to use during the week. Total thumbs up!

The house is very charming, in an amazing location and right on the water. We had a few couples there and the house was clean, plenty of room, screened in porch where we are farm fresh eggs every morning and close to lots of vineyards, restaurants and a public beach. We highly recommend the house and the area.
