Maui Kamaole #G-101 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit located on the front row of the complex on the ground floor. The great location makes access to the beach quick and convenient. Enjoy the southern facing ocean views from the large sized lanai, surrounded by the well-manicured tropical landscaping. The interior is equipped with a full kitchen, a bluetooth speaker, telephone, and free Wi-Fi. Two powerful split system air conditioners in both the living room and the bedroom. These units are very quiet which makes sleeping in the tropics that much more enjoyable. In the bedroom is a king bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Memory Foam hybrid mattress that sleeps cool. The bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and full bathroom with a combination shower and tub. The telephone has free long distance to US/CAN/MEX. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. Bathroom 2 features a walk-in shower. For outdoor activities, Maui Kamaole #G-101 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.

There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. World famous Kamaole Beach Park III features a long, sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. Maui Kamaole is within walking distance to activities, shops, and restaurants, and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Great location right across the street from the beach beach in the middle of Kihei. We could see the sunset from our lanai. Ten minute walk to stores and restaurants; Wailea is a little further away but definitely walkable.Condo is comfortable for two and the complex has a nice swimming pool.Rental cars are expensive in Maui; with this location you don't need one if you're going to stay in Kihei. We only rented one for day trips.

Pros: very clean, great view, great split A C , nice decor.
Cons: Back patio needs cleaning badly, code lock on door works on and off. Rentals Maui did come out twice and finally left us a key. Whole door lock needs to be replaced. The WORST problem with this unit is the so called hide a bed sofa. It’s a joke. It has about a 2 inch cheap foam “mattress”. Our adult son lost a day of vacation due to a bad back from the hide a bed. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on. The owners need to spend $1,000 to $1,500 to make the unit perfect
