Located on beautiful County Hwy 30A, this gulf-front condo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms offers accommodations for up to 8 guests! Take in striking gulf-views from the patio of this first-floor*, corner unit perfect for families or small groups. This beach community holds three coastal dune lakes, which are very rare and only found in a select few places around the world. Dune Allen on 30A is a paradise for any guest that loves nature and the beach, and this condo is in a prime spot to see it all.
A mirror panel wall, an open floor plan, and windows letting in natural light make the living area feel even larger and is a perfect spot for relaxation. The living room holds three sofa chairs and one large sofa. Off of the living area, guests will find a formal dining table to seat 6. Additional seating for two is available at the kitchen island. The kitchen is furnished with a coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and an island for extra counter and dining space elevate the space for convenience and luxury.
The Master suite is adorned with plush furnishings and a king bed. The Master suite is accompanied by an en suite master bath with a stand-alone shower and dual sink vanity. A second bedroom provides two full beds to sleep four guests. A full bath across the hall is easily accessed guests of the second and third bedroom or the living area. The queen suite provides sleeping arrangements for two guests in a comfortable queen bed.
*Although this is a first-floor unit, please note that there is a small set of stairs up to the front door (5 steps) and the unit is not wheelchair accessible.

This property is a wonderful property. It’s very safe and secure. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beach is pristine and very private. There were very few people on the beach. The pool is heated and very nice as well.

We had a great stay. No beach view over the dunes, but the location is still great. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Everything went well.Parking was the only challenge due to roof repairs being made to the property..Overall a great location.

we arrived early 3:00 p.m. (check in was 4:00) we were going to hang at the beach until 4:00 a young girl & boy walked in our unit 108 at 3:10. The room wasn't available to us until 5:30. We took pictures of a dirty cereal bowl on master nightstand, the bathroom had toothpaste on the faucets & mirrors, 2 blankets on the closet floor not even folded in a pile, counters covered in dust. We called & let our 5-star resort booking company know of this & were told by Janet "sorry". We were told how they take the time to clean & sanitize against the COVID virus. We left went to Wal-mart & purchased Clorox wipes & paper towels because there weren't the 2 rolls that were supposed to be there & spent the better part of 2 hours cleaning & washing blankets.
