The house sits on a ½ acre wooded lot in a residential development, affording plenty of privacy on the 800 sf deck in the back. There is a 2 car attached garage and private driveway.
Living area includes a family room, living room, eat in kitchen, formal dining room and laundry room. The house has 2 full baths upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are furnished to sleep. The fourth room has been made into an office with a foldout couch and the fifth room is a den with a fold out couch. There is also a fold out couch in the living room. (Utilizing the fold out couches, the house can sleep 10 adults). Additional beds can easily be added.
The house has been recently renovated to include a new roof, new windows, new driveway, new flooring downstairs, new washer, dryer, dishwasher, TV and is freshly painted.
The house is turn key ready so all you need to do is bring your personal belongings in a suitcase.

My family and I spent a month at this location and found that the pictures and details on the internet were right on. We marveled at the convenience of the house and how well equipped the kitchen was. The house was spacious, clean, and near wonderful eating places that were family friendly. It was also near public transportation to New York City. Needless to say, we took advantage of this feature and went to the theatre more than once.
I would highly recommend this property. The owner was friendly and responsible and was readily available in the event we needed to get in touch with her.
