About this house rental
Holiday house of 150m2 opening onto a large enclosed garden (electric gate) of 800 m2, harmoniously decorated with plants typical of Brittany and offering 2 terraces facing south and north.
Ideally located in the small village of Portivy, 10 minutes from the first beach and its small typical Breton port, at the start of the wild coast which will take you for a pleasant stroll with iodized scents to Quiberon, located at the end of the peninsula. island, along the sea and the moors on the land side.
This rental, 3 minutes from a small supermarket nearby (local products, cold meats, very good quality bakery, warm welcome, open 7 days a week with very large hours from April to October), is furnished and furnished for you bring all the comfort you want during your stay:

- upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed each, one bedroom with a 90 cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
- free internet access.
- fully equipped baby beds, high chair, bed rails which can be provided free of charge by the owner on request.
- in the garden, a stone barbecue, 2 garden lounges on the terrace and in the lawn, deckchairs, 2 sheds sheltering various beach and garden items.
- for leisure and relaxation, a large trampoline under a majestic maritime pine, 2 adult bikes available free of charge, pétanque balls.
Possibility to park your car in the driveway of the enclosed garden.
A tariff reduction of 5% is applied for stays of 7 nights or more. A tariff reduction of 15% is applied for stays of 28 nights or more.
A sheet rental, optional, is offered at a rate of € 50 for all beds.
An optional cleaning package is also available.
