About this house rental
Welcome and thanks for considering our home for your vacation.
Please scroll down to the "Ask owner a question" button instead of the "Request to book" button. We prefer communication before accepting a rental. We have shared some information about ourselves and our home and would like to know a little about you.
Save $$$ off resort rates by booking our vacation home at Point Sebago. Our 900 square foot, open concept, four season home with cathedral ceilings, a second bedroom loft and central A/C is located in the Point Sebago community. We are located near the 1st tee on a championship 18 hole golf course yet we are minutes from the beach area and the 5-star activities of Point Sebago.
Our charming non-smoking home’s amenities include a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker and blender to name a few. There is also a DVD player, Wi-Fi , board games and books for your enjoyment. A new addition to our home is a laundry room in the basement with washer and dryer. Our home is located on a corner wooded lot allowing privacy for our guests. There is a grill located on our deck and all the BBQ tools provided for your grilling pleasure. Our backyard fire pit is one of the nicest on the resort and you will enjoy many evenings relaxing by the fire. All you need to bring is towels, pillows and linens ( blankets and comforters will be provided) and everything else you need for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation is already there waiting for you to arrive!!!!
Summer rental includes access to all the amenities of the Resort, which comprises of Day and Evening Five-Star Supervised Children’s Camps and Activities (ages 3-20), Marina with Boat Rentals and Slip Rentals, Beautiful 18-hole Golf Course with Pro Shop, Onsite Lakeview Restaurant, Snack Bars located at the Lake and Golf Course, Adult Happy Hours, Family and Adult Evening Entertainment, Sebago Lounge and much more…
Keep in mind there is plenty to do in Maine during the fall and spring months also. The course is open in the spring and fall. We are an hour from Portland and closer to Freeport outlet shopping. Also, there are hiking trails and apple and berry picking farms nearby.

This was our second year renting at Point Sebago and it did not disappoint! The house is large and open enough for a family of 4 to have their own space and the corner lot offers some privacy for the fire pit. I had some questions about the loft sleeping arrangements before we arrived and Kelly was very helpful and responsive. We especially loved the amenities--an in-house washer/dryer is a real luxury!
We look forward to returning next year!

Kelly has a beautiful house at PS Resort. She truly has everything at her home which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The fire pit will not disappoint!

A great property well looked after and has pretty much everything you may require whilst staying. Only comment would be we stayed mid week at the end of the summer season and other than golf it is a pretty quiet place.
