With three bedrooms, room for dogs (with an additional fee), and a rainbow of cheerfully colored walls, this home is great for a small family. Cook up some barbecue on the patio's private grill then light up the firepit to make s'mores together as the sun sinks into the sea.

Around town are plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, and other businesses. You can also take a visit to Oswald West State Park just over 14 miles away. Just 28 miles away is Tillamook with its famous bay and Cape Meares Lighthouse.

Super comfortable beds, couches, and overall just a pleasant home. Tucked away in the woods, super private and off the beaten path, but can still hear the sound of the ocean waves!

I highly recommend staying in Rockaway - the local restaurants were great. I favorite was the Beach Bakeshop. The house was a nice central location for the things we wanted to do on the Oregon coast. We will be back

Rockaway was a great place to explore the Oregon coast. We especially loved the Red Cedar Wetlands boardwalk. We visited the Tillamook Creamery, the Tillamook Air Museum and Mears Cape Lighthouse. We ate local and fell in love with the Sand Dollar breakfast pies at The Beach Bakeshop. We will be back!!!!

The house has a good layout and provides ample space for a 4-person family plus dog. There are nice amenities in place for dogs, like a hose to rinse them from the beach walk and food bowls. You can walk to the beach, coffee shops and grocery store very quickly.
Unfortunately the house is in the shade all day and the bathrooms and kitchen could use a serious update.
