About this house rental
This Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home offers comfort and quality in a serene location close to town and beaches. It has a 20X 40 heated pool, outdoor hot/cold shower and three levels of surround decking with dining gazebo, BBQ area, outdoor sink, drinking fountain and Weber gas grill. Deck furnishings include dining tables, chaises, sunbrellas, and lots of sun. The property is embedded in greenery and bordered on two sides by acres of unbuildable “greenbelt” providing the home and pool with unusual privacy.
You will have the entry code for two gated community tennis courts a five minute walk around the corner.
Indoors, the house provides a bright double height Great Room with 4K TV, a Sonos music system, built-in wall speakers, a well supplied modern kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms with great beds and quality linens. Downstairs a carpeted lower lounge provides a second large family living space including a home TV theater with 55” TV, surround speakers, a wine cooler, bar sink, mini second dishwasher, coffee maker, large second refrigerator/freezer, and an office area with desk, WiFi and printer. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs lounge, a full bathroom and an enclosed modern laundry compartment.
The home has three-zone central A/C-heating, remote controlled thermostats on all three floors. An automatic irrigation system serves the deck planters as well as the grounds. If you drive an electric vehicle, you will find a class 2 EV charger in the parking area.
All are welcome, but please note that this is a no smoking property and share houses are prohibited by town code. Come and enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this East Hampton home! The pool deck and natural wooded ambiance was spectacular. So much privacy and peacefulness. We loved having the tennis courts as nearby amenity. Our hosts could not have been more communicative, accommodating and kind! The home was well stocked with coffee, paper towels, etc. We had a most memorable month at this home! Thank you Michael and Patricia!!!

As not only a lifelong Hampton- summer person/New Yorker but also as a former Southampton house owner, I can share with you that Michael is an outstanding person to rent from. Not only was his communication flawless throughout, but his home is so thoughtfully furnished, perfectly laid out and simply best in class. It also has wonderful energy. The pool is amazing and frankly I cant say enough good things about my 4 week experience as a renter this past summer. 5**** all the way! My family loves you Michael!!!

Location convenient to all attractions, yet feeling of seclusion and privacy. Airy, cheerful high ceiling home with bright white decor. Fully furnished and stocked. Very high tech entertainment complex. Lovely, large pool. Owners meticulous and helpful. In short, a wonderful haven for any group, whether a sizable, boisterous family or a private couple like us, whether one is looking to sample all the nearby outside attractions or be content to savor the beautiful, high tech home and spacious pool.
