We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
All prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or descriptions do occur on our web site and in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such error.
** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Mold on ceiling in hall. Under beds had not been cleaned. Twin mattress soiled. Realtor was aware of mold issue caused by condensation and had contacted a contractor to fix problem. Made realtor aware of other issues. They were going to be taken care of by cleaning crew.

We really liked this area and the location of the condo. The beach access and pool are nice. It was never too crowded. The unit was nicely renovated with the laminate floors and new furniture. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. I felt like it wasn’t cleaned professionally before it was turned over. I had to wipe everything down. We did have an incident where the dunescape condo man (not rental company) entered our unit unannounced. He claimed he knocked but we did not hear. I was there to put a magnet on the refrigerator. So perhaps a proper chain lock on the front door that worked would be a good addition. It was great to have the laundry and the fully stocked kitchen. I liked how there is a gate with a code to both the pool and the beach access. Overall we enjoyed our stay but if I stayed at Dunescape again I might choose a unit with an ocean view.

I was happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Atlantic Beach never disappoints.
But this newly remodeled unit did, unfortunately.
The beds were so hard and uncomfortable (in all 3 rooms).
The floors always felt dirty and really need some throw rugs, even if they are outdoor rugs.
The stovetop exhaust fan/light did not work and the repairman never showed up to fix it.
The mugs were tiny and too small for a cup of coffee.
On a positive note, the kitchen was otherwise well stocked.
Since we spent the majority of time on the beach , our trip was fun. The location is perfect with close access to the beach.
Canon & Gruber staff were prompt and easy to communicate with throughout.
