La ubicación y la relación calidad precio. Estaba muy cerca de la estación del metro por lo que fue fácil ir al centro de la ciudad. El barrio agradable y tranquilo.
No lo recomiendo para quien venga en auto pues es MUY difícil encontrar parqueo en los alrededores y el anfitrión no supo dar mayores referencias ni recomendaciones. No fue cómodo que la TV estuviese programada para apagarse sola cada 4 minutos, no había forma de cambiar esa configuración, debería revisarse antes de la entrada de cada huésped. Las luces del baño son automáticas y si tardas algo más de lo programado se baja la intensidad o se apagan hasta que te vuelvas a mover, es incómodo, tendría que ajustarse la sensibilidad o eliminar ese sistema.

Posizione vicinissima alla metro. Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Letto comodo, presenza di macchinetta e caffè. Consigliato!

La casa è ben collegata avendo la metro molto vicina, inoltre sotto casa c’è il supermercato e vicinissimo bar e tabacchi. Andando con i figli, queste sono certamente cose che ti aiutano.
Lo scarico del bagno non funzionava bene e scorreva facendo rumore finché non si scaricava di nuovo!!! La doccia bagnava fuori nonostante la tenda che è troppo corta… insomma il bagno è forse un po’ da rivedere
