About this apartment rental
This beautiful beachfront condo is located on the top floor (floor 7) and is a corner unit, giving you stunning views of the Gulf Beaches and intercoastal waterway from every window. It is decorated to give you the relaxing beach feel with soft whites and coral flare. The sunsets are absolutely stunning sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean waves.
There is a pool with wonderful furniture featuring umbrellas and a great spot to relax with your book or glass of wine. The pool is on the east side of the building so you can enjoy sun in the morning at the pool and shade in the afternoon. Also across the street there is a boat ramp so there are no condos on the opposite side of Gulf Blvd giving you view of the beautiful intracoastal waterway.
There are 2 bedrooms one has king size bed and the other a full and a twin bed. Master bathroom also has a bathroom within it. Condo is equipped with Flat Screen TV's in each bedroom and living area, with Cable, DVR, & DVD player. Amenities also include A/C, Heater, WIFI, Washer, dishwasher, microwave, keurig, iron, linens, sheets & towels, beach chairs, games, and much more.
Located 25 miles from Tampa International Airport and 90 minutes from Disney World, Sea World. Day trips to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Channel Side District, Historic Ybor City, Tampa Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Salvador Dali Museum. Minutes away from John's Pass, well known for boardwalk shops and outdoor activities such as boating, deep sea fishing, and para-sailing. Other activities include golf, miniature golf and fishing. Many great shops and restaurants nearby. NO Smoking or Pets allowed.

This is a top floor unit on the end, which makes it quiet, and feels more private. The beach isnt very crowded, even during spring break. break.

We‘ve stayed in multiple rental condos in Indian Shores over the past twelve years and this was by far our favorite place — great location, spacious, well-appointed & a lovely landlady!

Being on the beach and Gulf were the main reasons we rented this condo. Beautiful views! Furnishings and decor were nice. Closets should be emptied or consolidated to provide more room for guests' clothes and luggage. Owner was responsive and provided answers even if some research was needed. A nice place to stay.
