The apartment was clean, very large and within a good walking distance to Place D’arms so very central. However, the apartment complex is located near a homeless shelter/church and there are sometimes quite a few homeless people roaming the streets and sitting outside the complex whilst didn’t make me uncomfortable but for some it may. The communication with the host was ok, sometimes took quite long to respond and I had to ask for check in details as they were not provided after messaging 24-48 hours before, meaning I had to call in order to get check in details . Checking in was rather difficult, you have to go to a completely different building to pick up the keys, and buildings are difficult to navigate from the car park if you do not know your way around. You have everything you need underneath the complex from groceries to beauty products which is very convenient. My rating would’ve been higher overall if check in and correspondence was better.
