The owner was magnificent and was a great communicater. We were a group of 6 high school mates an 2 wives. (The youngest were 4 who next week are having their 50th reunion.)It close enough to Cooperstown , but far enough away.We had an issue with hot water that was fixed within 10 minutes.If I ever come again this is my first place I will look.

Rental was as described in the listing, excellent communication with the host and very close to Cooperstown. Overall very pleasant experience.

Perfect property for a large group.
Not luxury but very sufficient. Linens and towels were a real plus for a group of guys.
Only complaint, could have used a bigger coffee maker.
Would definitely rent again.
