The kitchen is outfitted with all of the essentials for home cooked meals or to prepare the beach side picnics. The bedroom is equipped with clean linens and full towels sets for each occupant. When returning from a fun filled San Diego day, among the waves, under the sun, you can wash the sand away with an outdoor shower with warm water, a rare treat for outdoor showers.

By day this is a spacious one bedroom with a queen size bed, large walk in closet and modern flat screen TV. At night the living room sofa converts to a full-size bed with clean linens available, turning this property effortlessly into a two bedroom.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There are stairs to and from the unit. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
