Greetings from beautiful Ellicottville, New York! This all season vacation home has recently undergone a full renovation and features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, situated on 2 scenic acres. Only minutes from the slopes of Holimont and Holiday Valley and the shops and restaurants of downtown Ellicottville.
The living room is a perfect place to relax after a great day exploring Western New York. Cozy up next to the fireplace, read a book in the day bed or make yourself a beverage at the mini bar. Also several books, games and DVDs are available for your enjoyment. Kick back on the large back deck with gas bbq grill overlooking the woods and stream. Bring your chef hat and make a great meal in the fully equipped, open floor plan kitchen featuring concrete counters, GE Profile appliances and a eat at bar. Dining room seating for up to 10. Washer and dryer. Linens and towels provided.
When you're ready to retire for the evening you have the choice of two bedrooms with full sized beds, a third bedroom with three single bunk beds and one double bed or a full sized, built in day bed in the living room.
