This house is filled with sunlight and surrounded by green on a quiet corner.
It is a quick bike ride or short walk to nearby Sunset Beach, or a 2 minute drive to
popular Long Beach on the Peconic Bay.
Ocean Beaches are only 15 minutes away by car.
The first floor has an eat-in kitchen and sunny living room with fireplace and piano as well as a full bath and two rooms that
may be used as bedrooms or office or play space.
Beautiful cedar deck just off kitchen, with a retractable awning and 4-person Nordic spa. Great for outdoor dining with a 6-person teak dining table/chairs and gas grill.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower.
Air Conditioning throughout, window units upstairs, Central AC downstairs. Ceiling fans in kitchen and both first floor bedrooms.
There is very little traffic on this street and a fenced in backyard makes it perfect for a young family.

We have stayed here many times and always have the best time! It is our happy place! Close to Sag Harbor and a lovely local beach. Plenty of room to hang out and a lovely, private deck, hot tub and yard!

We’ve stayed at this lovely house several times and we keep going back. The owners, the neighborhood, and the house itself are all lovely.

We have stayed at 34 Bayberry Lane several times. We keep coming back because it is so cute, has everything we need and is near my favorite bay beach. My adult children love to use the house as a base to make day trips to Shelter Island and Montauk and easily pop into town for their morning coffee, if they feel like it! Jon and Jocelyn are responsive and friendly. I will definitely be back!
