About this apartment rental
Charming 2 bedroom, (1 Queen, 1 full, 1 single, sleeps 4 comfortability can accommodate 5) 2 full bath condo located in the West Ashley Historic District. Minutes from Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens, Drayton Hall. Conveniently located for quick access to downtown. 25 minutes from Folly Beach or Mt Pleasant, depending on traffic. Hulu and Prime.
Great location with access all that Charleston has to offer. One reserved parking space in front of condo (pace A) and visitors parking to the side of the unit. Monthly rental welcome but so sorry no weekend rentals. Children between the age of 0-12 months and then 12 and up only are welcome. Damage protection is available and optional through VRBO for your protection.
We offer two cleaning options, guests can clean the condo (including the bathrooms and kitchen see pink condo book in unit) or pay the cleaning service option of $150.00 for normal cleaning which is due at booking if you don't intend to leave the condo clean as you found it. Condo must be clean. We provide the cleaning supplies and the condo has washer and dryer. If you opt to clean the condo yourself it must be left as clean as you found it otherwise you will be charged the $150.00 fee after checkout through VRBO for normal cleaning. We just want to ensure each and every guest has clean, fresh place to call home for the duration of their stay. We allow 2 days between guests for cleaning purposes.
*Sub leasingenting of the condo is not permitted. NO smoking and NO animals of any kind permitted due to allergies. NO grilling. NO contractors allowed. You will not be disappointed in this adorable, affordable vacation rental.

We stayed for 2 months, Feb. and March. We brought flannel sheets and a couple of extra blankets. Tv was a little difficult to figure out, but my local daughter helped us figure it out. Didn’t really use the kitchen much , knives need sharpening or new ones! Very comfortable couch! Nice owner to deal with!

We stayed here for a month. Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo was nice and clean. There is a queen bed, a twin and a single. The living area has a couch, recliner and another chair. There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs. There is a screen in patio (nice for buggy South Carolina) with seating. There are two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.
The kitchen was good. We did not use the pool
The complex is nice and quiet. It is about 30 minutes for Charleston. There is a grocery store (with a coffee/wine/beer bar), liquor store, pizza, sandwiches, coffee shop all within 1/3 of a mile.
The hosts were very easy to deal with and had great communication.

Perfect place for us. Perfect location for what we want to do. The place is clean and comfortable. The layout is ideal for us. The host is very responsive and great to work with

Simple condo needed for work project. Owner had someone check in without even checking on the unit or housekeeping service between stays. I cant even imagine . Kind of like a hotel having someone check in a room without having house keeping services! Kitchen vent, bathroom vent, dryer, and kitchen overhead lights dont work. The neighbor monitored all of our coming and goings.
