About this house rental
3-2-1! Three blocks from Main Street, two blocks from the free city-wide town shuttle, and only one block to the Park City Mountain's Town Lift! This deluxe home sleeps up to 8 and features an open plan living space with full kitchen, living room, dining area, powder bath, and one-car garage with driveway parking for two more cars on the main level.
In the main living area, two sofas and a recliner surround the wood burning fireplace and 55" smart TV with Blu-ray player, sound bar, and subwoofer. The recently remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and the dining table seats 8. The main level features views of the hills across downtown Park City.
Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a California king bed, leather recliner with ottoman, walk-in closet, and private balcony with a view of Park City Mountain. It also features a 48" smart TV. The primary bathroom includes a spa shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet room.
Downstairs, a den is flanked by two guest rooms and two bathrooms. The den features a large sectional sofa with a queen-size memory foam sleeper. Entertainment options include a 75” smart TV with Bose Cinemate surround sound, a Blu-ray DVD player, games, cards, and books. One guest room offers a king-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The shared bathroom features double sinks, granite countertop, and a separate room for the bathtub/shower combination and toilet. The other guest room offers two twin beds, that can be converted to a king size bed with 24-hours advanced notice, a 37” flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom.
Additional house amenities include a whole-house humidifier, free wi-fi, air conditioning, and private laundry. There is also a private outdoor deck with a private hot tub, propane grill, deck chairs, and a gas fire pit. Deluxe rating.

Everything about this house was perfect. Centrally located. One block from Town Lift and the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Easy access to Deer Valley. The hot tub worked great. We hope to be back soon!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. This was the perfect place. Wr were able to walk everywhere. We had adults and small children and it was perfect for all of us. Very spacious and bright

The house was well stocked and Park City Lodging gets 5 stars for concierge services! They were wonderful with getting extra humidifiers and an extra coffee maker to the property upon request. We enjoyed the split levels to separate our family and the grandparents. It really could not have been a better floor plan. I'm giving it 3 stars though because we were so disappointed that the hot tub was not hot enough to use. I specifically booked this home instead of another for nearly $1000 more for the week to have access to the private hot tub after our skiing adventures. The tub would only hover around 98 degrees when opened. That's not warm enough for a nice soak when it's 20 degrees outside. The max temperature is 104 which is the same temp as our hot tub in Florida. Maintenance did a check while we were there and said everything was working properly. The dryer didn't work well either. It took nearly 4 hours for our clothes to dry. I'd give his home 5 stars had the hot tub worked properly though. The water pressure in two of the bathrooms was very poor. The main bathroom downstairs only got a trickle and was either too hot or too cold. The smallest shower in the twin bedroom was wonderful though. We had everyone showering in one bathroom. We enjoyed the close proximity to the bus stop, Main Street shopping and sledding at the library as well. We loved Park City and would certainly stay with Park City Lodging in the future.
