About this apartment rental
Newly fitted out 58 sqm (620 sf) one-bedroom condo at Parkview Tower, a 40-storey glass building that sits atop the Eastwood Mall. The building boasts of resort-style amenities, elegantly appointed lobby with 24/7 concierge and security, and basement parking. Please note that parking spot is not included in this property and will have to be paid daily to the Eastwood Mall.
The Space
The condo unit has a spacious living room with granite flooring, comfortable 2- and 3-seater sofas, a stone accent wall, 42-inch HD cable TV, and a split-type aircon. Large glass windows and window treatments provide a bright, airy and homey feel. Relax at night with cozy cove and pin lighting that spell elegance. A wifi internet is readily available to keep you connected.
The galley-style kitchen is elegantly designed with plenty of cupboard space and spacious granite counters. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner electric stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, cookware, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and kitchen utensils.
Outside the kitchen and across the living area is the mirrored dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people. Complete with glass-topped dinner table, a 2-seater bench and 2 tufted dining chairs, plus an elegant lighting to make all your meals an enjoyable one. Buffet table is available should you find the need for extra serving space.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, side table and drawers with reading lamp, a desk, a dresser, and a package-type aircon. It has a huge window overlooking the Marikina River and Rizal mountain ranges, as well as a partial city view.
Bathroom has modern design with separate shower stall with hot and cold water, huge wall mirror, storage and cabinets. The toilet is equipped with a hand bidet. The lavatory has a rectangular sink with black granite surround. Hair dryer is provided for your use during your stay.
It is also worth mentioning that, at the other side of the kitchen, you will find a laundry area equipped with a spin-dry washing machine ready for your use, should you decide to do your own laundry and/or multi-task while cooking!
The building has a small gym and a swimming pool at the podium deck at the 5th level.

Outstanding view of the Marikina Hills. Great windows in both living and bedrooms. Natural light perfect for us. Owner's rep responsive and accommodating. Building staff were warm, pleasant. Location is excellent for our needs - close to family, restaurants galore, supermarket and church all RIGHT THERE!

This little gem in the heart of a bustling city is a perfect place for balikbayan couples on a respite who want to indulge on a variety of restaurants and cuisine without having to put up with the irksome urban traffic. Yes, everything you’ll need is within walking distance, and the only ride you’ll have to take is the elevator.
My hubby and I watched the unique Filipino New Year’s Eve tradition from our wide window. And I have to say that it was the best fireworks show we’ve seen, viewing the radiant city go crazy at midnight from this 23rd floor condo unit without busting our eardrums. It brought an old childhood joy back and I said to my hubby, “We’re home!”
Tisha is absolutely a long-distance “hands-on” owner/manager, always on top of the situation, and responds quickly to your needs or queries.
Will definitely recommend this place to our family who are planning a short stay in Metro Manila. This is truly a find.

This property is right in the middle of everything that you could possibly need for your stay in Manila. It is attached to the Eastwood Mall which has plenty of dining options. Across the street there are also many dining options, banks, and a grocery store. There are lots of taxis and grab cars in the area too. Property is clean and has a great view. I would stay there again.

My first VRBO rental. The place is really nice with a lot of space but it is a pity that there were issues in maintenance and it is infested with cockroaches. First day i checked in I have encountered is a leaking sink at the bottom. Opened the vanity door which They try to seal so no one can see how rusty the brackets and pipes are and a hole under the sink. They did fix it though but i had to wait till the handy man is done. There’s no hot water in the shower so they had to fix that too so took our 2 days to watch the unit. One thing i cannot take is the roaches in the kitchen counter. It is so gross. Also saw a dead one in the kettle floating in the water. I had to asked for the VRBO customer service to get us out of there and moved to a different location. The owner had enough time to see to it that the unit was ready for renting and it wasn’tSorry it didnt work out.
