Well appointed kitchen with granite counter-tops and island. Stainless steel appliances; Bathroom with Ceramic tile shower and full-size washer and dryer; A.C. & heat in bedrooms and upstairs living room area; Newly added Electric Fireplace (living room); Only 14 steps from road to inside cottage (cement steps with railing); 40 ft. Dock with cleats for tying off your boat; 2 beach areas; New Outdoor fire-pit; Lawn and patio areas for games and relaxing; Propane gas grill; Row boat & 2 kayaks. Road side parking for 2 vehicles. Keypad deadbolt entry system. Front door security camera on porch (Deactivated after arrival).

The cottage was exactly as expected. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely addition. Communication with the hosts was easy and we encountered zero issues during our stay. The home was nicely appointed. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I.We enjoyed ending our day by the fire pit, enjoying a glass of wine and listening to the waves. We would definitely consider renting here again.

This place was amazing! From the moment we walked in it seemed as if we were living on a houseboat; the water view is breathtaking. The house is so clean and truly feels like home with everything you need at your fingertips. I felt like I was sleeping in a good friend’s guest room the whole time.

We very much enjoyed the location and everything the property brought to us to do for Lake activities.
However, on the inside, the Smart TV was a huge disappointment. It appears that the Smart TV in conjunction with the internet was impossible to use. At one point just trying to turn the smart tv off was an over two-hour thing. It just kept blacking out, freezing, and LOADING. Never ever happened.
I did Contact the owner and he told me No Cable was available. I knew that, but the remote to the TV just wasn't working. He gave me directions to factory reset the TV. None of those directions matched up with the TV and the remote. He stated I need to watch the TV from the app on my phone. I am 70 years old, I do not do that.
I found that to be very wanting, and not good enough for me or any other Renter.
The internet on my laptop worked fine but the Smart TV it wasn't. We moved on, but I figure others should be aware.
