Our family with two children loved having this as our base for our Hawaiian adventures. The beds were comfortable, tv had everything we could want, easy parking, and steps to the pool which was fully fenced in (peace of mind for my mom brain!). BBQ was great to have and we grilled almost every night. AC was essential for comfortable sleeping so I’m grateful for that, and blackout blinds in the back bedroom made it great for our young children to get enough rest. If you’re coming with young kids, I’d only warn that there’s lots of steps to get to the unit and there’s no tub.

Polynesian Shores is a wonderful place to stay! The unit was very nice! The AC units were locked so we were not aware that we could pay more to use them, which we would have, had we known. Wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the place was nice. Pool, view, clean, nothing at all to complain about. I didn’t notice that it didn’t have air conditioning when I booked at it was nearly 90. Made for some poor sleep nights for us. Being from Wisconsin I prefer cooler for sleeping.
