The place is conveniently located—just a 10-minute walk to EDSA Shaw. The owner is very nice and approachable. We’re on the top floor, so we get to enjoy a nice view. The unit is well-equipped with basic amenities like toiletries, a water heater for boiling water (perfect for coffee), and a fridge.
Wifi is also good and fast
they charged an additional 15% tax that wasn’t included in the original price shown. The bed is a bit firm but still okay. The towels are a bit old, and it seemed like the beddings might not have been freshly laundered—or at least that’s how it felt.
