Big room, great view
Check in was late. Pool temp very cold - not worth booking .

Location
Delay in room being ready. Was supposed to be 3pm, still not ready at 5:30. Went to a show and returned at 11pm so had to collect key at that time.

The whole stay was excellent. Very happy with it
The only down side was the quality of the food in the Primo Bar

Location was great. Nice friendly helpful staff. Almost everything was good.
One large issue for us: we specifically picked this hotel because of the pool facilities. Nowhere in the advertising did it mention the restrictions of use. As soon as I was able to check in I tried to book a pool slot on any of the three days and it was completely booked apart from late evening which wasn't good for an 11 year old. We wouldn't book the hotel again due to this issue.
