About this apartment rental
We are located in the grounds of the Vidanta Resort (previously Gran Mayan) in Nuevo Vallarta. We have all the amenities available for the resort. Shuttle service to activities, right on the golf course, pools within steps. Several excellant restaurants within walking distance. 10 minutes from the airport. Everything you want is within walking distance. Cruise down the Lazy River, pick up a golf club, slide down the water slides or just relax in the pool at the condo.

We really enjoyed this condo. The staff at the condo was really friendly and helpful, the access to the Vidanta resort pools and beach where you can have service at the beach and just pay your tab was super convenient and lovely. The condo was comfortable and spacious for our group. The beds were very comfortable, the sofa bed wasn’t as great but it works in a pinch. The couch is comfy though! The curtains aren’t blackout which usually I can’t sleep with any light, but it didn’t really bother me this time around. All the rooms have their own thermostatically controlled A/C. The wifi is fast and it’s convenient to have all the kitchen appliances and laundry cleaning appliances there as well as a water cooler. Caroline was amazing! So involved with helping make our trip as smooth and comfortable as possible. She was always fast to respond and help out in anything we needed. I couldn’t have stayed at a better place when it comes to the owner of the property, I feel like we could be friends now and if we are ever back in this area we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic service and communication by owners. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. Very clean, beautiful, private and quiet. Nice view of golf course with ponds and birds. Access to the gigantic, gorgeous Vidanta resort with 9 miles of amazing walking paths shaded by plants and roofs and lots of swimming pools and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Caroline answered my questions promptly and they were at the condo to show us around. The condo is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There is a shuttle to take you to the resort. The resort is huge and gorgeous. You need a credit card to buy anything at the resort. The marina area restaurants are a 20 minute walk on the street or you can walk through the resort and up the beach. Taxi ride is $3.00 US. Great place and hosts!

The owner was very accommodating and extremely helpful with our stay. Access to the resort was wonderful for our kids with great selection of restaurants and pools. We are certainly planning a return trip.
