About this house rental
"My Roundette" is a great place for a romantic get-away or a private retreat. Relax in the comfort of this charming roundette. Watch the moon rise over the mountains from a private hot tub. Enjoy the beauty of our Koi Pond. The Koi Pond features a waterfall and a fountain. This home features a flat screen HDTV, a hand-made sassafras bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a Jenn-Air Range. Enjoy the rustic elegance of refurbished wood. The walls are finished with refurbished heart pine, and there is furniture made from refurbished wormy chestnut.
The Cove at Fairview has many wonderful amenities. My Roundette has a new propane grill and a firepit (propane provided). Visit our three horses and two miniature donkeys – they always love carrots. This is the best house to stay in for feeding the barn animals. Fresh eggs from our chickens are provided. We also have an electric charging station. This Level 2 EV Fast Charger is available free of charge.
The Cove at Fairview is located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore House. We are only 10 minutes to The Blue Ridge Parkway. Relax in this well-appointed home after a day of site-seeing!

Husband and I decided to take a last minute getaway and this place was perfect. Host, Frank, made sure we were comfortable at check-in, meeting us at the house, making sure we knew where everything was located and recommending restaurants and brewery’s. We were close to Asheville and Parkway. Also short drive to Maggie Valley and Cherokee. House is so homey and comfortable with everything you need. I really enjoyed feeding the donkeys and horses. You can sit on the porch, beside the fire-pit or even see them grazing in the pasture out the big picture window.We enjoyed the fresh eggs for breakfast in the morning. Going for walks were a little harder because we are “flat-landers”. Walking up those hills about killed us! LOL. But walking back down was much easier. The property is beautiful. The flowers, pond, and landscaping is all gorgeous. Lots of places to just sit and enjoy nature. Saw some beautiful birds as well. Will definitely go back and will recommend to others : )

More of an adult place to stay. Very nice and quaint little town with some nice local restaurants. 40 minute drive to Asheville and the Biltmore.

Frank was very welcoming from the day of travel up until the day we left. He made us feel right at home. The Roundette was so cute and it was the perfect place for our couples weekend getaway. We had breakfast with fresh eggs from the chickens that leave for you to of which we absolutly loved.

The property is absolutely amazing. The host was available, flexible and very kind. The views are stunning and the animals were so fun. We will definitely be back next time we travel to Asheville!
