About this house rental
Your literally five blocks from the center of the city, yet, situated in a residential neighborhood. Walk to Tingley Beach to stroll or run the trails, coffee shop is 1/2 block away, huge selection of fine dining. Hardwood floors, central heat & refrigerated air conditioning, 100% new kitchen with high end stainless appliances. 100% new marble bathroom. 60" Smart TV with Comcast cable and Xfinity wireless. Laundry. Comfy plush bedding, clean crisp linens and super clean rooms. This host made sure everything is new and works. No surprises here. Thats what a Superhost is all about. I have over 400 excellent reviews. Not many hosts can say that.

Perfect size 4 a couple. Comfortable beds w quality linens & towels.
Kitchen stocked w essentials, altho mechanical can opener bent & unusable.
Onsite laundry & garage. Good location, but busy & noisy street.
Inaccurate check-in instructions; locked security gate blocked access 2 electronic lock on front door, so waited in cold 4 owner 2 arrive & unlock gate.
Hot water a constant problem; on-demand system took long time 2 produce hot water in bathroom, so significant waste of water each time hot water needed there. Used kitchen sink 4 all hot water needs except 4 showers. Leak noted & reported 2 owner 3 days B4 end of stay, altho no action taken B4 we checked out.
Unit cleaner when we left than when we arrived.
