About this apartment rental
Condo just across street from Tennis Center. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Large bedroom w/King bed plus Queen fold out couch in living room. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. One bathroom. Pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, clubhouse etc. Gated property. Guests can use pools, jacuzzis, clubhouse, tennis courts, BBQ's, gym and walk the property grounds as they wish. Ample parking is provided adjacent to the units.
A $300 security deposit is required at check-in. This is not charged to the credit card until check-out and is fully refunded unless there is actual damage to the unit. A $12 per night Resort Fee will also be charged at check-in. It covers the internet connection.

We were in town for the BNP Paribas Open and this location was very convenient. The hosts were very accommodating when there was an issue at check-in that was beyond their control. Would stay here again!

Owner’s were very easy to work with and very informative. The unit is located for easy access to the tennis Indian Wells complex. Desert Breezes has tennis and pickle ball courts so you can play and watch tennis. Unit was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Location was ideal to walk to Indian Wells tennis center. Had some difficulties during check-in, but everything was worked out. with host and front desk. Pools weren't open during our stay, but onsite tennis courts and everything else was great!

Property is lovely & beautifully maintained. Decor is a little dated but perfectly functional. Location to access Indian Wells tennis complex is terrific. We enjoyed our stay.
