Located in the desirable Continental Country Club of west Flagstaff, just minutes from beautiful downtown, this well-furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse is waiting to be home base for all your Northern Arizona adventures. Downtown Flagstaff shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries are two miles away. Route 66 and Highways 89 and 180 and Interstates 17 and 40 are just minutes away, providing great access to the Grand Canyon, Arizona Snowbowl, Williams, or Sedona."
Wood laminate floors, Washing machine and Dryer, Full size Kitchen, fantastic Deck, near open grass area for games and children to play. This Townhouse is not connected to any other structures.

Quite, centrally located, stand alone unit in a town-home community with a large parking lot. Plenty of area for kids and 1 pet to play.
Must have own transportation
1. We have a very very strict no party, large gatherings or loud noise/music policy because
of the neighborhood we are in. If you are having a gathering of greater than the 6
people maximum occupancy, please pick another property that is more remote. there
are plenty to choose from.
2. Smoking is only allowed outside on the Deck or surrounding grass areas, away from the
neighbors property. Please be courteous.
3. No Pets, unless approved by owner. Please submit a request before booking. Additional
fees will apply.

Property was nice and clean in the Country Club area. The bedding and towels were very clean and plush. Kitchen had everything needed. The unit was hard to locate in the dark sky but we eventually found it. If you turn into the parking lot then turn left, you go down the path by the trash.

Well, stocked, clean and comfortable. Centrally located to area attractions. Owner was accessible to questions and dealt with the issue quickly even though he was attending a family function.

Wonderful stay in Flagstaff with family. Clean, beautiful, spacious, well stocked accommodations. Nice common area for pets or kids to play. Wildlife viewing from family room windows and porch! Joe, owner, very helpful and reachable if needed. So glad to have stumbled upon this exquisite vacation property!! 😁
