About this house rental

SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY

This unit is best suited for 8 adults and 6 kids. Base rate covers up to 10, max number of guests is 14 (with extra guest fees during peak season - please see rental agreement for more information).

One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pool and lake. The two guest bedrooms on the main level have queen size beds and share a full-size Jack & Jill style bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hall.
In the lower-level walkout basement, the family can kick back and watch a movie in the incredible theater room with stadium seating and 8 reclining seats. Pop in a DVD or log into your favorite account on the big screen, ROKU tv. Around the corner, there is a bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed. A sliding glass door leads to the screened in patio where you can enjoy the view of the lake or pool in a bug-free environment. The large, oversized bathroom with dual vanity is located in the hall.
