About this villa rental
Nestled in prestigious Palmetto Dunes, this charming villa offers a serene escape for guests seeking comfort and relaxation. Relax with your morning coffee or cocktails on a large deck with a relaxing view of the pond and water feature. The villa is nestled among charming live oak trees inside the Queens Grant complex. This is a single story, semi-detached unit with only a small stoop to get in. It’s perfect for couples, friends traveling together. Don't forget to bring Fido - we allow dogs of all sizes, limit 2. (SC Short-Term Rental Permit: 077938)
BEACH
6/10 a mile to the beach with 3 miles of soft, white sand: 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride via large sidewalks all in the shaded embrace of large tress that over hang your path. (See pics) From April through September there is a free shuttle that will take and your beach gear to the beach and anywhere in Palmetto Dunes, as well as the Shelter Cover Marina across the highway with lots of dining and shopping. Hilton Head beaches are dog friendly. Beach towels and chairs are also provided. Don't forget to utilize the villa's private, outdoor shower. There's also a water hose on the deck for sandy feet and paws.
POOLS
Queens Grant has 5 swimming pools scattered through out the complex for you to enjoy.
VILLA
This updated 1,100 sq ft, single story, semi-detached villa has all the comforts of home, without the hassle. The kitchen has new appliances and fully stocked. All that's missing is your favorite foods. The living room is spacious, cozy and open to the dining area. Enjoy your favorite shows/sports on a 65" smart TV. The large sliding doors allow lots of light to fill the room, but the adjustable plantation shutters allow you to decide how much light you want. Various board games and books are available for you to enjoy. There is also a slider in the master bedroom that leads out to the deck. The master bath was just installed and brand new! The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed, tv, and ceiling fan. Linens are provided. Limit 2 cars.
PALMETTO DUNES
A general store is just outside of Queens Grant with anything you might want to grab as well as souvenirs, breakfast/lunch and amazing soft serve ice cream. Next to the General Store is a large pickle ball and tennis facility where you can take lessons or sign up for tournaments. Across the street are bike/kayak rentals. Palmetto Dunes has 11 miles of lagoon to explore. All of Hilton Head island is very bike friendly - and mostly flat. There are also 3 golf courses, to include Robert Tent Jones.
Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring Palmetto Dunes’ many amenities, this enchanting retreat provides a peaceful home base. We hope you enjoy what our place and Hilton Head Island have to offer.

This cute villa was exactly how it was advertised. From the easy check-in, keyless entry and easy one floor access, it was fabulous!The host was great to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again. From the beautiful and tasteful Beachy coastal theme to the outdoor patio complete with lights, and the quiet neighborhood, it was the ideal vacation for me! So many places to walk my dog, nearby restaurants and shopping all close by! It was so peaceful and comfortable! The patio was delightful. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed, and the high end washer and dryer in the kitchen was so convenient! I would highly recommend this cute villa. It was so clean and comfy and cozy and so easily accessible to everything!

What a fabulous stay we had in Hilton Head! It was our first time there and this villa was perfect for us! Spacious, clean and well stocked...Best of all, it was pet friendly, and so close to the beach! We rented bikes and had so much fun riding on the beach every morning...Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and loved being able to bring our dog. The water and food bowls were a great addition and the beds were comfortable. We hope to be back next year. Laura was very easy to communicate with.
