Recently renovated and beautifully appointed studio located directly across the street from the white sandy beaches of Bonita Springs.
The kitchen with dining area is well equipped with Stainless Steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator.
The light and bright living room features comfortable furnishings, a 48" flat screen TV and Free WIFI.
The bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress, off the bedroom area is the completely renovated bathroom with a large walk-in-shower. The walk-in-closet has plenty of storage space.
You will enjoy beautiful views over the Gulf and sunsets from your screen-in balcony. The studio is located on the 10th floor in Bldg. 3 within a complex of 5 Building. The Beach and Tennis Club offers 2 swimming pools, Shuffle Board, Boccia and Grill area. Tennis Court are currently not available.

Very nice, clean 10th floor Condo with a really nice view of the gulf. Doc’s Beach House (great food) is a short walk across the street. Other shopping, restaurants very close. Condo building is older, but condo has been updated and is in great shape. Communication with Melia was prompt and friendly. The hurricanes did damage the lower floor lobby. We were warned about this by Melia. There was still construction going on, but it was not a problem for us at all. We had a great stay!

Right across from Doc’s Beachouse. The views are fantastic from the screened in balcony.

Appreciated the condo owner’s prompt responses with any questions or concerns we had. The view from the balcony was wonderful especially the sunsets. I was disappointed the pools were not open when we arrived although I knew it was a possibility as construction is still ongoing.
