About this apartment rental
Top floor unit with unobstructed HUGE ocean views. Large windows face views and a cute balcony to sit and relax on. Unit is a comfortable 1bedroom/1bath with newly installed vinyl flooring, full kitchen: stove/oven, microwave, full fridge and plates/pots/pans/utensils/glass ware, King size bed in bedroom with dresser drawers and closet. Full bath tub with shower, towels are provided along with beach towels & blow dryer. Ceiling fans in both living room and bedroom to keep cool. Oh and did I say AIR CONDITIONING! Yes I did!!!!

Loved the view, top floor, fun to people watch the lawn way below, saw turtles and whales from room. Enjoyed having the beach around the corner to walk on, nice sidewalks to Wailea for running in the mornings.

Valerie is a very prompt communicator! Her condo is comfortable and clean and you can’t beat the view from her lanai. Mid February and we saw tons of whale activity from up there. You can’t beat the location.

Highly recommended!Pros: Bring binoculars to whales from the lanai! Unbeatable location and views, with nice furniture, appliances, dishes, and beach toys. Easy parking. Relaxed and friendly property. Fall asleep to the sound of the wavesCons: No air conditioning. The temperature was cool enough with the windows open; but light sleepers were awakened by the crowing of the wild roosters all night long. But at least there was no traffic noise!
